I’ll give 3 stars just because the four wheelers are nice and she sold me a good dream but these are definitely lemons . Pretty on the out ; sour on the inside . I bought a 125 cc , Tao brand four wheeler for my baby . He rode it it 3/4 times and it just stop starting . I called to see why does this new four wheeler need repairs ?? I bought a golf cart from him which is something he usually does not sell. I had trouble with the radio would not work but he kept working with it till he got it working. I probably would not buy another golf cart from him not because of his time he spent on it but because he usually does not sell them. Scott I appreciate the time you took to get it fixed. Good friendly service. Repaired my cub cadet in two weeks.
Knowledgeable staff, made my repairs in a timely fashion using OEM parts . They had most parts in stock and sold me a mower cheaper than I could get anywhere and has stood by their product 100% . Very satisfied w my experience
They will not stand behind their equipment. We bought a new four wheeler for our daughter in December 2023. When we got home with it the battery was dead we had to jump it off everything. I took the battery back and their mechanic said the battery was good. I called and talked to the manager she said to bring the four wheeler back I told her it was the battery. Needless to say we paid out of our pocket for a new battery and it's been cranking great.
