Best Gym In Ipswich, took me a while to find what I really wanted in a gym in the area, this one is the one for me, everyone’s focused head down new ones too, atmosphere is decent, rob is spot on runs a good place, since iv been the mix of advanced machines and all metal plates ensures gains and progress each session !!
