Tankless water heater install. You won’t believe what Tyler and Evan along with their amazing team did. We had a tankless water heater that was 25 years old. It was time to replace it. Extreme came out, Took old unit down and set up new unit. After it was set up, we found the new unit was defective. Now this was all on a Friday night. Exceptional service from the Xtreme team. The plumbing team, including Tyler, Matt and Rob showed incredible persistence, patience and capability in helping us manage a challenging project, as well as a few more mundane projects as well. The best service we've had from any vendor on any subject in the last few years.
I was quoted by two other companies $15,000 to fix and or replace my water boiler over the span of a month an a half. I called la round 7pm and got a call back within 10 minutes from a technician. Set up an appointment to get my water boiler looked at the following day. I was quoted ~$1,500 for repair the boiler. Within less than a week time I had someone to repair my water boiler and I finally have hot water after 2 long months. These guys are amazing. I highly recommend them and their services.
I called on Sunday afternoon and somebody came out 8 AM Monday morning. The service was quick and was way less expensive than I thought it was going to be. Joe was considerate and took his time to explain what he was doing and was able to answer all the questions I had afterwards. 10/10 will be recommending Xtreme Mechanical to all my neighbors, family, and friends.
Last night we had a major water leak in the house. Water flowing down the Walls and Ceilings. We had to turn off the water coming into the house. So no water for toilets, showers, hand washing. Called Xtreme and spoke with Tyler the Operations Mgt. He made schedule changes and was in my home at Noon. WOW!!!.
