Co-owner Steve, the main mechanic, is the diamond here. After purchasing a Suzuki 140 here I brought my boat in for the 20 hr. service and to have a jack plate installed. The jack plate install is a success. Speed and rpms up. Work was done and finished when promised.
Update to original review: Lowered my rating to 3 stars because communication is bad, very difficult to get someone on the phone. During the re-powering, communication was still not that great, but right now, it is really bad. We are coming up on our 20 hour service which is included in the deal we made at the Miami Boat Show and after calling three times this week on different days, I cannot get ahold of Ileana or anyone else at the shop. Ileana was great and the techs did an amazing job. They were really helpful and even traveled to our marina to perform the service. Even looked at some other stuff on our boat that we wanted to replace. Would highly recommend !!
