I was dealing with salesman Tyler for a month about purchasing a used engine. I told him that I wanted it and he said he’ll let me know when the engine gets pulled from the boat for the technicians to run the diagnostics. I didn’t hear from him for 3 weeks so I emailed asking when the engine would be pulled, and he told me he sold it to another customer. He didn’t even try to notify me that there was even interest, let alone that she sold it out from under me.
