Visited Xtreme a week ago what a place, lots of items to rig a boat for fishing. I picked up two Smooth Move suspension systems for my 2023 Smokercraft Phantom. Zack was extremely helpful while I was there. And more so when I say that one box was missing the mounting plate. After calling and discussing the issue and that it's a 3hr round trip. I was dealing with salesman Tyler for a month about purchasing a used engine. I told him that I wanted it and he said he’ll let me know when the engine gets pulled from the boat for the technicians to run the diagnostics. I didn’t hear from him for 3 weeks so I emailed asking when the engine would be pulled, and he told me he sold it to another customer. He didn’t even try to notify me that there was even interest, let alone that she sold it out from under me.
