I don’t write negative review but my experience with Extreme Marine needs one. In May 2023 I took a pump into the new local shop Extreme Marine and Wyes Guys, as the pull start would intermittently seize up. I dropped off a small rototiller as well. After 3 weeks with no contact, I checked and it had been forgotten. Mid June, I was told the rototiller was unfixable and the pump was working. Charged for a carb clean (which had been done at home) and tune up, original problem seemed not addressed, said pull rope was fine.... read more
