We have tried to handle this professionally and allow the company to resolve the situation, but extremely disappointing and poor customer service. A company should stand behind its customers when an ordering issue has been identified and communicated, especially when its own employee has experienced the same problem. Based on this experience, we will unfortunately will be taking our business elsewhere. We hope management will reconsider how situations like this are handled in the future.
