I took Wife's scooter to Extreme Honda for diagnosis, when bike was returned to me they rolled it out of their shop with a nice fresh tear in the seat. When I complained about seat Service Manager Brennan became adversarial with me and refused to replace seat unless I let them do the other unrelated repairs to the bike. would not trust them at all with any machine including sons tricycle. Take away for me : Always take pics and videos before leaving anything of value in their care
