I have been a member for years at both the womens gym and the xtreme gym down stairs. The customer service at the womens gym is non existent. They will ignore you and will never be available to help you. They offer a "towel service" but there are never any towels available...and when there are they smell like bleach. The staff downstairs chat on the phone for hours instead of do their job. There are weights all over the place and they do not pick them up or clean the disgusting gym.
