Jeff is a great trainer! Its truly a judgement-free environment and he works to create workouts that are specific to your needs. He doesn't 'watch the clock,' so you can pace yourself to get the best possible workout - he pushes without overwhelming you! He is a great, affordable trainer for all skill/fitness levels!
Great gym owned by a great man! No judgment just lots of motivation
I stumbled upon this gym from a friend/Groupon. So far I love it, it's like a little family. Everyone is super helpful and the trainers really work with you. I've noticed they care more about proper technique rather then bells which makes me feel less stressed and more focused during workouts. I think this gym promotes you to be self motivating which is important! I like that I am encouraged to go at my own pace and focus on doing each move correctly !!!
