I waited for two weeks for appointment, no big deal there. They had my truck for a week and never looked at it. Twice I called and the manager said he would look at it, never did, never called me. I went to the repair shop to inquire status and they gave me my keys and said they don't have time for it. May be good mechanics - I'll never know. Their customer satisfaction leaves a lot to be desired.
