I dropped off my daughters car for a full interior and exterior detailing. The interior upholstery was not cleaned. You could see spots of dirt on the seats and headliner. The upholstery didn't smell clean. I had to leave the car overnight and have them clean the interior where they didn't clean the first time. The interior looked better after their second attempt but still wasn't done thoroughly or professionally.
