Disappointed that my stretching session was cookie cutter and they did not customize it to me. I had to even indicate it in the paperwork but the girl told me it was a pre-set routine that they couldn't vary from it. The girls were nice and the facilities were clean. But I see no point in going when there's no customization.
Staff is friendly and knowledgeable
I love this place. I love the infrared sauna. Friendly staff, great customer service, and always easy to make an appointment. Charlotte is a sweetheart and very helpful. Every time I come I feel so amazing after my session. 10/10
