Love the yoga classes, especially with Nina Soyfer — she’s clearly knowledgeable and takes her time to adjust you too if you want. Always feels good after classes. Hopefully even more permanent classes open up with her!
I've been a member at Xtreme Couture for over a year now, and it's been a great experience. The gym is clean, well-equipped, and has a welcoming atmosphere. I especially want to recognize Natasha at the front desk. She has been absolutely amazing from day one. She took the time to help me understand how everything worked, made me feel comfortable, and even helped me find a trainer who was a great fit for me. This gym was so great!. I went with a friend and wanted to try it out. I did such a fun kettlebell class! Everyone is so nice and welcoming. I love the sense of community ! Will definitely be coming back
I love Nina Soyfer class in Pilates and yoga. She pay attention to us, she fixes our form that means a lot. Thanks so much.
