great atmosphere all around ,The staff treat you like family and the equipment is well maintained.
I liked the class with Nina Soyfer. I loved it. The stretching exercise I can feel my legs, my tires it was good. I know I did it right cause I can feel all my muscles it works. I love Pilates. Come to class with Nina.
Love going to the zumba class with Natalia. She is the best!
