Xtreme Couture also provides a motivating and energizing environment for your physical activities. Your fellow members and our trained professionals are both on hand to guide and support you. We are a full service gym, fitness centre and MMA training school.

I’ve been coming here for a few years now and just want to say that my experience so far has been amazing. The staff are always super friendly and are extremely helpful. If you have any issues at all, they’ll help resolve it ASAP. Steve has been extraordinary at this. The coaches are very knowledgeable and well experienced. Their MMA classes are great taught by Sam and Mike. They have the best techniques for you. Their gym side is absolutely beautiful personal trainers are good. juice bar is really good too. Make sure to go.
Have been almost 3 years that me and my family visit the gym, we simply love the place, has a fully well maintained equipment, the staff is super friendly and helpful, my kids also enjoy the martial classes! Big shout out to J, he always looked everything to us making our experience with the gym very smooth, if you’re looking for a membership really recommend booking appointment with him, he will make a perfect schedule that’s will fit your daily life routine!!
Absolutely one of the best gyms I have ever trained at! It’s so welcoming, the people are all very friendly, the gym is so well rounded, spacious & has everything you need! Starting with the sauna inside the change rooms, the weight training area for after your classes, a huge clean matt for our BJJ, Wrestling, MMA, Kickboxing, Muay Thai, Boxing rings & bags. I used the 5-day free trial and enjoyed the MMA, boxing, and kettlebell options. The facilities are spacious, but the coaches offer little personal attention due to overcrowding. The salespeople are great at getting you to sign up, but there's minimal personal guidance after that. Given the high price, I hope they focus more on ensuring members are progressing, as this is a self-investment. Otherwise, it feels no different from other gyms.
