I honestly can not recommend using this shop. The communication is non-existent, the staff is not helpful, and its been almost a month without my vehicle after being told multiple different dates it would be complete. The estimated repair time from my insurance company was 17 days and told that my car should be completed in that amount of time. I waited for over two weeks to call and check on the status of my car. My experience with Extreme Collision Repair was outstanding. The professionalism with the staff, then to see my car look brand new, was just wonderful. Andrew took the best care of me, the insurance adjuster, right up until I picked up my vehicle. I will only recommend Extreme Collision Repair. They are the BEST!!!!
