Not very satisfied to be honest. The tech, Xavier, was nice but I’m not sure had the experience or proper training. Red flag number 1 was that they did not vacuum before doing anything. That is a pretty important step, otherwise you are just smearing in debris to the carpet for the stains to come up later when it is dry. Red flag number 2 was the tech would not even go 1” under things, like the bed. Prompt, thorough, and tried hard on my stained carpet.. Appreciated the detailed information about the process provided by the cleaner Xavier, and Amir's communication throughout the process. I did lose a solar light outside from it, but they did a great job overall. Very happy with the service though the stains remained. At least it is nice and clean. Fresh! Grateful for the reasonable pricing, as well. I would recommend!
Extremely professional and detailed with the cleaning. I hired this company to clean my carpets moving into my new house and they did a Phenomenal job!! I will definitely be hiring again for a deep carpet cleaning at least once a year. I definitely recommend.
