This is my favorite car wash in town. There was a glitch in the system where I was charged without receiving a carwash. I called the customer service number and I was contacted by the next business day. Not only was Laura kind in communicating with me, she gave me discount codes for their top car washes. I felt she went above and beyond. I am pleased with the customer service.
Wash is great. However, I will not be returning due to the prices. Talk about sticker shock when I pulled up today.
WOW this place got comically expensive. Not better, just super scammy expensive. I haven't been here in a while and I thought it was suspect that there was no longer a line like there used to be. I see why. Everyone is down the road where an entire month's worth of washes costs as much as a single wash here. Thats not an exaggeration. My wife's monthly carwash subscription costs the same as a basic wash here. Never again.
