This used to be my go-to touchless wash. They just raised their prices (doesn’t seem like there are new washers or anything though). I’m on the market for another one now…
Went there on 5-22-26 at 6:40 am to catch the early bird discount. To my disappointment they no longer offer the discount. This now makes the wash not a first option anymore. I've been going there since they opened the westnedge location.
This place is the WORST. I just drove across town because the one in Kalamazoo has a bay down. Waited 20 minutes and an employee comes out and shuts the bay down when I was next and has been waiting. "My boss told me I had to shut this down"....so I ask what am I supposed to do? She says "get back in line I guess. I'm sorry" ( there are now FIVE cars in the line. This is the worst customer service I can imagine. Horrible!!
