I’m devastated. I’ve owned this vehicle for a week. It’s from Utah and the body was really clean and practically 100% rust free. Given all the snow and salt I took it for wash using the soft touch wash then… I find my vehicle with a huge dent/scratch. I’ve never had something like this happen using an automatic wash. I’m nervous to ever use one again let alone this one.
Each wash takes nearly 10 minutes. If there are any cars in line in front of you, plan on waiting 10 minutes for each. Longest car wash I’ve ever had. Waited 30 minutes just to get in.
They frequently have one terminal out of service, but there are no indicator lights to tell you that until you get up to the terminal and find out that bay is closed. This used to be a dependable wash.
