A complete disregard of professionalism. Employee Maddox apparently had a bad day and was rude not only to me but to the customer behind me in line. He said to me “I’m lucky that he doesn’t make me take everything out of the back of my truck. “ Made me sick to my stomach. At that point, I didn’t even want to use the car wash. I didn’t even ask for my refund. I politely asked them to move the cones so I could leave. I’ll never be using this car wash again. One of the newer and best car washes around here. Cars are always super cleaned and the air dry at the end leaves almost no liquid on the car.
They are kind and always make my children smile from making smiley faces with the bug remover lol I recommend this place 100%
