Crappy drying. Towels are extra and have to be paid for when selecting your wash level. Others offer way more for the money
Did not appreciate being told that we could not run the vehicle through immediately for a second pass. Our car was disgusting after having drove it 4200 miles from Seattle to Atlanta. Their worker finally relented when shown all the remaining bug guts but told us that this could not happen again. So, we buy the most expensive wash and when stubborn bugs or dirt remain on your vehicle, they balk at you running it through a second time? Poor Customer Service. Antenna Broke after employee said it's okay to go through. Called the Regional Director, and he simply read off his disclaimer and even refused a rewash to take care of the customer. I called minutes after driving off when noticing the antenna and poor clean. He said once you leave the property you lose out on any issues. Just Lost a customer of 3 plus years.
