Is this a scam? The back seat was NOT cleaned at all. Got the car washed Sunday night. Went straight home, didn’t touch the car besides from two return trips to work and I’m the only person in the car.
I came yesterday, and it was very busy, so I made a booking with reception and confirmed the time and price. When I came back today, I was told that the booking was only a confirmation and that I still had to wait 2hr anyway. If customers still have to wait despite having a booking, please don’t offer bookings if you can’t organise them properly. It was very disappointing and a waste of my time.
Absolutely gutted. Had my car cleaned by these cowboys who clearly don't know how to use a high-pressure washer. When I went to collect the car they had ripped off the factory decal. No responsibility, no remorse. Caused $816.80 damage to my car. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS. Correct, I drove off without paying.
"$75 for this absolute joke of a result. On top of that, the manager informed me that removing this mess would cost another $35. Since when did washing cars become such an easy way to rip people off? Simply unbelievable. Do yourself a favor and think twice before bringing your car here
