Lleve mi guagua a pintar porque la Toyota me pagó un recall de pintura que tenía mi guagua de fábrica y tenía la oportunidad de escoger el taller. Lamentablemente hoy 3 años después la guagua está peor que como la recibieron. La pintura que pusieron se fue y actualmente tengo que invertir para arreglarla ya que esta vez Toyota no responde porque fue mal manejo del taller.
Way over priced and they don’t honor prices (no integrity). They give an estimate of repair and you end up paying several hundred over, because they said that insurance company put some parts that they didn’t take into account when they did the estimate. They buy new parts (without authorization) and they don’t call you.This Body Shop estimates are scam and probably they are conning people.
