I bought my boat through a dealer. Nice boat all went well until about 2 months after. Then the paint started peeling. I took it back the dealer called extrem They said they would fix it if I bought it back, it’s 4 hours away. The dealer finally took it back. They fixed some of the paint but in another month more paint was peeling. The dealer asked for paint so they could try to fix it but NO they wouldn’t send it. The boat is nice but their customer service is very bad. This dealer doesn’t carry extrem boats any longer!!
Had an online order that went very well. Communication was great. Price was significantly lower than other vendors. Received package in a timely manner.
Went in to look... bought a boat. Great folks and its built in our hometown. Update: I missed my 20hr service appointment, (I work out of town) and tried to reschedule and was told "I missed my appointment, I could try next month, or I could take it to someone else"... I will stand on my original statement-great folks. But service, after the sale not very good... I did go somewhere else and will do so in the future.
The owner, Mike, is really helpful and wants to make sure he has happy customers. He custom-made a small jack plate for my boat. He went out of his way to help me.
Our experience was pretty good during the purchase of our boat. A month or so after we picked up our boat the interior paint started peeling. We drove 3.5 hours one way to take it back for them to fix it. Well within a few months after getting it back it was peeling again. We were so over it.
