The owner, Mike, is really helpful and wants to make sure he has happy customers. He custom-made a small jack plate for my boat. He went out of his way to help me.
Our experience was pretty good during the purchase of our boat. A month or so after we picked up our boat the interior paint started peeling. We drove 3.5 hours one way to take it back for them to fix it. Well within a few months after getting it back it was peeling again. We were so over it. Went in to look... bought a boat. Great folks and its built in our hometown.
A horrible place to get marine work done on a xtreme boat and even worse customer service, a real legitimate waste of time and money. Do not leave your boat with these Gump head toothless yellow bellies. Your better off at any local marine shop.
If there was a way to give no stars I would. Adrianne that works the front desk is a complete joke and has no business dealing with customers. She has no communication skills, lies straight to your face when you ask questions, and even after sending multiple text messages and giving her notes has still somehow managed to ruin this experience for my boyfriend and I.
