I went to this store in sierra vista mall with intention to get information about a hot tub and the store said it was open online. I drove to the store where there is a sign saying “open by appointment only” with a phone number. I have called the phone number 3 times and left voicemails over a week ago and no call back no response. How do you sell hot tubs without being open and I’m confused on alll these reviews of great experiences when I can’t even get into the store ☺️

If your want to deal with a good professional knowledgeable about hottubs and spas then Noel is the guy to see!!!!. No pressure just friendly customer service at the beginning and after purchase. His advice which I followed , lead me to take steps to actually see if I wanted to purchase a hottub , which I’m happy to say I’m enjoying every chance I can thanks again Noel
