I hit a deer with my 2024 ford F150. I had bumper and fog light damage .I took it to a body shop in Keene N.H. they had, my truck for 3.5 months. Got it back and the bumper was crooked and not painted which i knew it was crooked, not that it was also not painted. So I decided to visit Xtreme Auto and see what they thought. A huge turkey decided that the A pillar of my Ford Transit was a great place to get turned into goo, leaving behind a huge dent and some peeling paint. I got a quote from Keith at Xtreme and I took that to my insurance company because the incident was covered under my comprehensive policy. Turns out State Farm estimated the repair should cost $50 less than the quote I got from Keith so he adjusted his price to match what State Farm would pay for the repair which was very generous of him! Had work done once, was satisfied with service. Called yesterday and today to try and book more work but no answer both times. Also had someone else call and they left a message without a return call. Oh well, on to another shop then if you cant answer the phone to take an appt.
What a great experience, Keith is so helpful, courteous and goes the extra mile. Fingers crossed I don’t have another accident however if that happens I will definitely go to him for all collision needs
Will never go anywhere else!!! Due to an unfortunate accident,at no fault of my own, I was in need of a LOT of damage repair on my 2019 Chrysler pacifica. I asked around and had at least 3 people recommend this business. From start to finish i had a great experience!
