I met with Trini, and he took a look at the car. We made an appointment for next weekend to get the work done. Customer service was really good. 3 1/2 Stars for now. Update coming soon.
Had 7 vehicles tinted in the last 15 years and always does a flawless job. Also has fast appointments.
Tinting and each time it’s not done well. When called he got upset telling me so many unnecessary words. Did my daughter remote not working, lifetime warranty becomes No warranty
doesn’t know the customer service part of owning a business. honors “lifetime warranty” but doesn’t wanna fix the issue that’s on his end. (tint turned to a fading brown) wants us to pay half of what we already paid in the beginning which wasn’t cheap for the work that was done. definitely would never take a car back to the place
