In the middle of a trip from Toronto back home to the Chicago area we heard a noise coming from the front of my brother's suburban we were traveling in. Stopped at a dealer who was scheduled out 4 weeks before being recommended to XTR Auto Tech. Even though they were scheduled 2 weeks out they took the time to look at our vehicle and were able to fix and have us back on our way within 2 hours. We were driving to USA for the long weekend and our car was making an unusual noise. We couldn't figure it out. I was having power steering issues on my 2011 Land Rover LR2. I live in Lake Orion MI however I am a Sarnia native. My “former mechanic” in Rochester MI told me my steering rack was shot and it needed replacing. He said it was corroded and leaking hydraulic power steering fluid.
