I honestly don't know what services they are performing all ik is they have had my vehicle for over a year now every time I call noone answeres the phone I leaves my a message 3 times today and still no phone call back this is insane geiko recommended them to me this is not my insurance my vehicle was involved in a hit and run parked in front of my house this is the other people's insurance paying 4 my car to be repaird but I have no clue the status on it DONOT RECCOMEND THIS BUSINESS TO ANYONE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE I HAVE NO PH... read more
The only downside is not getting a call back or trying to reach them via phone unfortunately. Depending on the work of the car and parts arriving did take a while about a month till I received my car back. So do recommend going in person with any questions or updates.Other than that good body work no issues with my vehicle. Madison and the manager there made sure to take care of me. Appreciated the hospitality from them both.
Very bad costumer service don’t do the work right and always make an excuse. They tell you your car will be mready in certain days and they take months.. very bad first experience!!!
Outstanding quality work! Very skilled, professional and friendly. Owner went above and beyond to help me out. Highly recommend. Their reputation as a good shop is even know by my dealership in Fresno. Thanks again!
