Josh came to the rescue when we needed a flat tire fixed on our way to a workshop from Shenandoah. It was BEFORE hours, yet he answered the call with a smile and a sense of humor! Now that's service!
Want to give a huge Thanks to Josh for saving the day. We got a flat tire at 6:40am on the way to a conference from Shenandoah to Ames. We woke Josh up and he met us at 6:50 to fix the tire. This allowed us to get to the conference with 5 minutes to spare. Amazing service!
