My daughter is a soccer athlete and she loves the cardio, speed/agility and conditioning program that Christy offers; she’s awesome!!
I was dealing with extreme pain and limited range of motion for around 8 weeks due to a previous injury with a different personal trainer. I started REGEN sessions with the massage gun, and the exercise therapy sessions to build strength and alleviate discomfort with Christy and have noticeable improvement in range of motion and pain level. 10/10 Recommend her professional, personal catered sessions. She cares for your total wellness.
I am so grateful for Christy and her help! I have been able to strengthen my body in many ways and get help with regaining strength in my knees. She is so patient and kind and definitely knows her stuff!
