Extreme is an amazing company. Every time I have called, they responded quickly. Identified the issue, fixed it and explained what the issue was and how to avoid in the future. Gabby recently came out on an emergency call. She was polite and stayed for a bit to see if everything would work well after fixing, she didn't just leave! That - I appreciated. She is definitely an employee I would have on my team!
