Toda mi familia se corta el cabello en xtravaganza. Tenemos años viniendo a este lugar y reservamos con nathalie. Siempre al pendiente de uno y siempre tomando su tiempo para proveer el mejor servicio posible. Ningun lugar del area de horizon se compara a la calidad y desempeño q realizan. Los precios son muy accesibles, no overprice like everywere else!. Thank you xtravaganza for your hard work in providing good quality service to your clients!
I took my daughter for a bob cut and the lady who was cutting it saw another customer (male) walk-in, I could tell he was a regular, and she got hyped up about it and she rushed cutting my daughters hair. It was uneven in the front and the back had a lot of long hairs hanging. Now my daughter doesn't want to go to hair salons.
If I could leave NO stars, I would. I scheduled an appointment with them on Tuesday for 530 PM on Thursday, GOT OFF OF WORK EARLY to get my hair cut, just to be told “we have no appointment scheduled”. I work all the time, and they just want me to come some other time? They claimed they could cut my hair, but not style wash or ANYTHING else, what am I supposed to do with that!?!?
