I recently visited Xtraordinary Hair for the first time, and I had the best experience! It was my first time buying a wig, and Ms. Paula made me feel so welcome and comfortable throughout the entire process. She truly took the time to understand what I was looking for and helped me find a wig that I felt confident and comfortable in. Her warmth and professionalism made all the difference. 10/10, I would definitely recommend visiting her if you're looking for quality wigs and exceptional service!

I was on the hunt for ponytail extensions. Even though I left without finding what I wanted, I highly recommend the lady (owner) who runs it. She is so nice and helpful. She guaranteed my satisfaction with color match, and explained how it could be done. I trusted what she said. No photos because I was in a hurry.

Completely helped me transform my hair. Paula offered to teach me how to install clips on and how to curl these extensions since this is all new to me. She has a kind soul and hands down, knows what she is doing!
