I can't praise the Xtract Environmental team enough. From my first phone call, they were fast, understanding and accommodating to my needs. They never left me wondering about the work being done and made me feel at ease and confident that the job was done correctly. My family and I now feel safe in our home.
Everyone associated with Xtract Environmental were very courteous and professional. The work started on time and caused as little disruption as could be expected. Great care was taken to be as safe as possible and I was timely informed of the progress of the project. The area was left cleaner than what it was prior to the asbestos removal. I would highly recommend Xtract Environmental for any environmental remediation project.
Xtract Environmental Services did an Asbestos Abatement of floor tiles for us. They accomodated our request for multiple bids providing us with various options to have Xtract move a water heater, washer, dryer, and stored items out of the room needing the floor tiles removed. They told us weeks in advance when they would do the abatement and they commenced the abatement when scheduled and finished early. I used Xtract for a big abatement project my roofing company tackled. The staff is very knowledgeable and Very professional in every aspect. Natausha and Brianne were extremely helpful navigating the abatement process and that can be very stressful for a contractor.
