Responded quickly to a water leak emergency quickly and staff had the knowledge to evaluate the extend of damage and provided a reasonable estimate. Great communication throughout the process.
Carlos was the X-Trac employee that answered my distress call for a leak from the ceiling of a bedroom in my home! He was very helpful, professional, kind, and knowledgeable about the problem and although the leak was not from the excellent work X-Trac performed on my roof they installed, Carlos gave me excellent information on what to do about the issue I'm having!
