Worst experience ever! My condo managment asked this company to have a look my HVAC, the technician Brad just came and see the unit and left less than 5 minutes (should be less than that). I asked when to come and fix it and they said they asked me to contact my condo management. i KEPT FOLLOWING UP and been waiting for a month. NO response from this company at all. Asked another company to fix it at the end. Few months later, i received $270 bills for diagnostic charges! Saying its 1 hour of labor and 1 Truck/PPE charge. if... read more
