Jake and his colleague were very helpful in cleaning up a water leak at my house that had permeated the carpet and was close to turning into an expensive and involved repair. I called three different services and Jake with Xtra was the most professional and responsive, friendly and caring, and respectful. They did a thorough job and completely resolved my issue. Pricing was more than fair as well. Very grateful, highly recommended.
