They took the time to explain everything they were doing and made sure all of our questions were answered. We’ve already noticed a big difference and feel so much better in our home. Highly recommend to anyone looking for reliable and effective pest control.
We have been using Xtermitech for a while. He’s gotten rid of a bad roach infestation and termites for us at our old house. We use him now for preventative services and haven’t had any issues. Caleb is our usual tech, I like that he doesn’t have high turnover and it’s always the same guy. Caleb is great, courteous and helpful every time! He knows to lock our gates and always double checks. Highly recommend this company!

These folks are always very responsive, genuinely care and are very reasonable in cost. So much so that I almost feel bad because we sometimes demand a lot. Juan always gets back to me right away and Caleb always takes the time to find out the concerns, explain to us what he found and what it means to us as well as answer any questions. Definitely recommend!
