I had such a great experience with Amani. She did my color and balayage beautifully, and I really appreciate how attentive she was throughout the process. She takes the time to listen to you, gives amazing tips on aftercare and maintenance, and makes you feel so comfortable. My girlfriend booked an appointment with Xtended Hair Salon for a hair color service and paid a deposit in advance. Not only did they fail to provide the service, but they are now completely ignoring her and refusing to return the money. We've followed up multiple times, and every time we’re either given excuses or completely ignored. This is completely unprofessional and feels like a scam. Booked my haircut appointment months ago with Anna an amazing hairstylist. When I came in today I wasn’t talked to for 15 minutes a girl finally came to me and I checked in, I was told there is no Anna that works here. I was confused said I booked for 12:45 i’ve been here before. The girl then checked my appointment said it was cancelled because Anna no longer works here when she first stated there is no Anna here. I can’t say enough amazing things about Anna! She’s incredibly skilled and truly understands how to work with my long, thick hair. I recently went in for a Malibu treatment to remove all the dye, and Anna left my hair feeling so fresh and healthy. She also gave me a beautiful cut, layering my hair exactly how I like it.
