Absolutely top notch. Salt of the earth owner and business. You can tell by the happy staff that they are treated very well. We always see Xtend participating in community fundraisers and events. These are the businesses that we must keep going at all costs. These are the kind of people who will always be there for their community and neighbors ready and willing to go above and beyond. Bought a new riding mower 3 weeks ago. Used it once and had a mechanical problem. Called Xtend and within 15 mins they were at my door and working on a fix. 2 hours later I was up and running with a new starter on warranty. Top notch friendly service from Trevor, Sean mechanic Tom and the Xtend team!! Thanks guys. Update. So one good experience and one bad experience. I'll give a 2 stars. The Husqvarna lawn tractor 6 months ago would not start. Dead battery. I've been jumping it the 2 times I used over the winter. Battery is... read more
