When I rented a tool for approx $75/day, I was told I would get a 25% discount if I returned it within four hours. A good incentive for me so the tool was returned one hour later after finishing the work I needed to do. I was met by a less personable employee who refused to give me the discount due to the first employee, I spoke to, forgetting to charge me an additional “bit” fee.
