Pureform studio is amazing, Susans stretch and mobility class will have you feeling so much better in day to day life. She is an amazing teacher, with great communication and attention to detail. I highly recommend giving it a go, you'll be coming back as soon as you can
I've been coming to this studio for a few years now - AC and Susan are the main instructors I've seen during that time and they're both incredible with the routines, form correction, and directing breathing. Over the last 9 months I've been coming fairly regularly during my pregnancy. Susan has been an incredible support during this time - she's modified movements to support my body as bub gets bigger and to stay safe through the pregnancy. High recommend!!! A wonderful studio and I really look forward to my classes. Susan is an outstanding Pilates instructor. She is professional, supportive, and an excellent teacher. Her classes are always enjoyable and she explains everything so well. The studio is easy to get to, beautifully presented and parking is convenient, which makes the whole experience even better.
Susan is the best!!! Such a generous and amazing teacher who was incredibly welcoming. I was really new to reformer Pilates but was made to feel super at ease and had the best time. Such a beautiful community of people that go there and you can tell that Susan really looks out for all her clients. Absolutely would recommend!!!
Excellent studio with a great variety of classes to choose from, even for beginners like myself. I’ve always enjoyed my classes and I feel like the instructors give me lots of support and guidance when needed. Special thanks to Susan and Lily! It’s also clean and with easy parking too. Highly recommend.
