The instructors are great and the classes are interesting, challenging and fun. Staff respond quickly when you email with enquiries. I highly recommend.
Such a friendly, welcoming studio. Great workouts - you absolutely get your money’s worth! Really great instructors too, who guide you every step of the way.
The instructors at this place are just phenomenal.. So friendly and supportive.. Best crew I've had ever.. 👍👍
