This is a beautiful studio with a very professional staff. The instructors are motivating and offer gentle corrections, and I always feel like I got a good workout. The equipment and props are top-notch, and there are enough of them. Great amenities. I have tried every single one of the chain barre studios and this is by far the best.

Xtend Barre has been wonderful for me and has really helped me increase my fitness while having a great time. I would recommend it to beginners and also people looking to get to the next level in their fitness, the instructors are so supportive and will adjust the program based on your abilities.
