The instructor was AMAZING(Callie)! So sweet and positive the whole time and the people who took the class were encouraging and laughing. It was a good hour to laugh and challenge yourself. I loved it!!

The entire staff is amazing. I have found MY thing! Although I’m very sore, I absolutely loved my first session with Alex. I already have several classes for the next 2 weeks scheduled. Super excited. What an incredible team of professionals.

My friends and I decided to try the Xtend Dance class and it was our first dance class in a long long time. Our instructor Callie was very energetic and made you feel comfortable regardless of your skill level. There was no pressure to do well but she made it easy to learn the steps and we’re already looking forward to the next class!

Callie is the best! So animated! So encouraging! I will be coming to her Wednesday classes religiously. I always feel amazing after her class. It is an incredible workout. I am bringing my sister next week. Come to her class you will not regret it!
