I signed up for an annual membership last January for LA Fitness. I have been asking them by phone for several months to cancel the service that I no longer using it and they just continue to automatically debit my account. I’ve been told over the phone by employees of the store that they would cancel the service and it just continues to come out of my account. Please cancel the service.

Edit: LA Fitness playing stupid games again. They have the absolute worst customer service. I went to renew my membership today, and they reminded me why I left them the first time 10-15 years ago. I never had any issues when it was still XSport.
