The place is loaded with machines. It was very clean. Even the pool,hot tub,sauna and showers.
You close the cleanest and most luxuriously equipped gym in Elmhurst with friendly staff in LA and leave the dirty, worn out one open in Addison. You probably have poor management skills if you can't sell your product.
It is not mentioned anywhere on the Free Pass that people visiting from a different country are not allowed to use it, so why this discrimination? Woman with the short hair working at the front desk said "people from out of States can't use it." You guys either need to mention this on the Free Pass, or educate your employees so that people visiting here don't waste their time.
The staff is nice - on the phone and in person. Updated equipment and some other cool stuff. Clean. I'd return. Sweat & Enjoy
