In Alexandria, George who is shady on signing my wife for 39 sessions with trainer when she clearly told him for one month only. On top of that, his nasty attitude let's you know that there's no accountability and training for their employees. Such a complete Garbage and disappointing GYM.

I have been a member of XSport in Garden City, NY for a few years and I am very satisfied with this facility. Friendly staff, great classes, open 24 hours, and my trainer Vladimir is excellent! He is very knowledgeable, personable and encourages his clients to do their best. I am happy with my results. I've been a member of many gyms in the past but my experience at XSport Fitness has surpassed all of the others by far.

I have been having a terrible experience, i have been a member before but due to personal reasons i have no been able to get a membership, so i go as my brothers guest because he is member. Seems like everytime im signing in as a guest the staff is interrogating me as why i dont join, i shouldn't have to give a life explanation or feel bad for going as my brothers guest. they make things really uncomfortable are have no customer service skills.

The decision by Xsport to cancel towel service will be very costly. First of all saying you cut towel service for sanitary reasons is not credible. They are just trying to cut corners and once you do that it’s all downhill. I would urge members to complain until they reverse this decision. When my contract is up I will not renew unless towel service is restored. Charge a dollar more per month and you have that service more than paid for with so many members.

This is new right now. For anyone who has kids now they want to add a 20 dollar fee to your membership by Nov 1rst. If you do not take care of this your fees will be 5 dollars per hour. They list this on the door at the daycare. No emails or information was sent out. I have never been so disappointed with this gym. the only thing that is keeping me ther is that my child likes the daycare. I fell like I am being taken advantage of.
