In Alexandria, George who is shady on signing my wife for 39 sessions with trainer when she clearly told him for one month only. On top of that, his nasty attitude let's you know that there's no accountability and training for their employees. Such a complete Garbage and disappointing GYM.

If I could rate this place no stars, I would. My husband was a member of this gym for awhile. Unfortunately, he developed seizures which led to a diagnosis of brain cancer. I called the gym to notify them his membership needed to be cancelled. They told me he personally needed to come in and cancel. When I told them of the situation, they said an email documenting the cancer and seizures would suffice. I had my husband's neuro-oncologist write a letter. I recommend everything! It has plenty of equipment and very clean. The people are nice and willing to help achieve your goals.
They don’t allow you to work out with your others because you are taking away from their personal trainers and the gym making money so they say if anybody shows you how to do anything that’s not allowed they can’t make money. This gym is not encouraging

I just came to the Alexandria xsport at 8 pm with my freind to check the place out for free 7 days pass, we filled the papers and everything there was a while guy who was very rude and unprofessional he told us we could not go in even if the pass says until 9 pm. I was hoping to see what's the place like but just from their costumer service and this first impression and interaction I got...he refused to give us his name or call a supervisor. You just lost two members and their friends. I hope you value your next customers.
