After I told Matt B., the employee there, about the broken machine with the ball stuck l, he was extremely rude to me and told me it wasn't broken without taking a look or helping me. The game reset and timed out and didn't give us any points and wasted our credits. Many more games are broken such as the guaranteed claw machine. Edit: contacted Cineplex and they apologized about the issue.
Too many games were broken.
Great place for kids
