Really fun residential CrossFit gym. Really awesome that the long time local parker Etzen family owns this gym.
What an amazing experience... my brother and I just went to our first on ramp class yesterday and were blown away by the support and welcoming we were met with... the instructors were so knowledgeable and patient with us and the other members went as far as to not only introduce themselves but also cheer us along as we pushed through our first workout... I am so happy that I found this place and would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a solid community to build fitness goals with... thank you XS crossfit 🦾

Not many gyms can boast such long-standing members, but that's because not many gyms provide the value, results, and community found at XS Crossfit.
