I have tried different gyms around Parker but loved XSCrossFIT. Coach Alex starts you off which a 5 class on ramp program that helps you with the basics. Love the community and all the classes. All the works can be modified based on your level.
I had an awesome experience at XS CrossFit. My first day training with Coach Alex Etzen 💪🏽was great. He made me feel welcome right away and took the time to make sure I understood everything — which is impressive considering I walked in looking like I thought burpees were a type of coffee. ☕😂 The environment was motivating but not intimidating, which I really appreciated. The janitor, Mason is a very nice guy. He was cleaning the bathroom as I walked in, and he said Hi, I hope you enjoy your workout. Little things like that are what mean the most and motivate the most. Mason N needs a raise.
