So glad to have come across XRHealth. Martine & Sarah have been so lovely and it’s been a really nice experience so far.
My therapist was probably the best match I've had in a long time and she quit cause she couldnt understand virual reality. As an ex business man wouldnt that be a crucial part of training before you start sending them to vunerable clients. Unfortunately the person I rang to complain to tried to lay the blame with the therapist instead of taking responsibility that their training had failed in this instance. I have not given up on them yet, just wanted my feedback heard.
Our child has been attending therapy and seeing psychologists since their diagnosis of Autism and ADHD, for the last 8 years. Such a great team at XR Health, particularly Martine who goes out of her way to help in any way she can. My daughter loves the sessions and is fully engaged and interested to jump online each week.
Rude unhelpful management I don’t recommend this company!
