Staff was friendly, but I do not recommend. I went in for a very specific procedure that was elective, but XRANM took it upon themselves to add an extra procedure that cost twice as much without my educated consent. XRANM claimed I was consulted on the addition in advance of my visit and agreed, which did not happen. I'm sure someone was supposed to call and discuss with me before hand, but did not, and now I'm left with the bill. Great way for them to increase profit margins while taking advantage of the local community.
My gastro doctor sent me here for an ultrasound and it was a great experience. The front office staff was courteous and helpful during check-in and my wait was minimal. The sonographer was very professional and communicated throughout the exam. The results were sent to my doctor within an hour. I will definitely use them again as the need arises.
